New metrological laboratory UTILCELL

In June 2023, the metrological laboratory, which was inaugurated in 2018, was launched. It has been gradually expanded with various equipment, with a focus on 5 direct mass presses with capacities of 250 kg, 1000 kg, 5000 kg, 10000 kg, and 30000 kg, each with different intermediate load values. All of these instruments are calibrated and equipped with their respective climatic chambers.

This in-house metrological laboratory, along with many other devices used in production, is already intensively used for load testing, enabling the research and development engineering team to achieve better and faster product development, speeding up certification processes, and ultimately enhancing production quality.

Each year, significant investments are made in research and development and equipment to ensure continuous improvement and development of UTILCELL products, while also meeting the most demanding standards and customer requirements. Quality, reliability, innovation, and service have been a priority for over 40 years of the company's existence. Now, UTILCELL has one of the best-equipped laboratories for testing load cells in Europe.
